About Us

The Doug Carroll Baseball Academy was founded by former professional baseball player and All-American Doug Carroll to share his love and knowledge of baseball with the next generation of players. Doug has assembled a staff of some of the best baseball coaches in New England and they are committed to helping today’s student athletes perform at their highest level.

Our staff works closely with each player to enhance their skills, teach them critical fundamental techniques and help them grow as baseball players.

The personalized attention that each ballplayer receives should be on display once the player takes the field. This basic philosophy prepares our students for real game experiences, resulting in greater enjoyment and appreciation of the game of baseball.

Located in Framingham’s historic Saxtonville Mills, Doug Carroll Baseball Academy has over 10,000 sq. feet of indoor training space. Our students can view their progress in the batting cage or pitching mound in our Video Training Room, where our coaches will work closely with players to fine tune specific skills.
