Bunkie Smith

Master Instructor

Bunkie is a veteran instructor at the Doug Carroll Baseball Academy. He was a three sport star athlete at Framingham High School and was drafted by the Red Sox in the 13th round in the 1972 draft. Bunkie primarily focuses on our catchers and pitchers, while providing expert hitting instruction to all of our members.

Bunkie is the Assistant Baseball Coach and Assistant Hockey Coach at Framingham High School. He is also the Head Baseball Coach for the Framingham Legion team, where he has guided them to the state finals in his first 2 years.
