Our 4, 8 and 10 week strength and agility program for baseball is designed to improve performance and reduce the risk of injury. "Train to Play" is unlike other sport specific training programs because our athletes will spend half the time working on their baseball skills.
To improve performance you have to increase baseball specific strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, and power. To prevent injury you have to condition the body to perform the explosive, quick, and repetitive tasks encountered in the game. Groups will be divided by age, grade, and physical maturity to ensure each athlete a challenging and safe training environment.
